Thanks Elizabeth. 3 stars seems a little harsh, WIFI router power supply died over the weekend prior to your arrival and a replacement unit was installed on the following Tuesday, during that time a 5G mobile dongle was placed in the apartment for internet use.
There's also a full house guide available from the platform which provides a breakdown of the AC.
Considering the quick responses and clear communication on the above throughout your stay, I strongly feel your rating does not reflect the property and our hosting but understand it may reflect your experience this time around.
Please, any insight on how we may have handled any issue or your experience better is appreciated.
