Newly renovated, nicely furnished basement unit in the lower level of a single family house featuring its own separate garden and entrance.

Guests enjoy a large, clean, space with a private outside entrance and a private, quiet small yard. Bring your pet.

Easy 8 minutes walk to shopping center CVS, Deli, Supermarket, Restaurants, Gas etc...
5 min walk to local park and trails.

Close to several hospitals and NIH. Great for travel nurses or professionals.

Stellar Stay

Cute basement apartment perfect for two. Owners thought of everything that might be needed, making the stay effortless for us. Quiet neighborhood convenient to I-495 and the metro with easy street parking. A bit of footstep noise from upstairs but not unexpected in an older home with wooden floors. Owner was very responsive regarding questions; labels and instruction notebook were a bonus. Would definitely stay again when we return to the area!
