About this property

This beautiful ground-floor, three bedroom, two bath condo is fully equipped with a gorgeous kitchen, dining room with seating for 6, living room and utility room with full-size washer/dryer. The unit has just been completely remodeled with new quartz kitchen and stainless steel appliances, new beds including KING Sleep Number adjustable in the Master bedroom, new paint, and new furniture. There are flat screen TVs in the living room, master and both guest rooms too. Its private screened patio overlooks the serene pool and community pond, complete with fountain and walking path. Wifi available in the clubhouse and within the unit!!! . Reserved parking is in front of the unit with 2 visitor parking passes provided so you can bring 3 cars! Beach wagon, 2 beach chairs and 4 beach towels are included.

This unit is great, nicely renovated, stocked with everything you need, including for the beach (towels, chairs, cooler bags, and beach wagon). The location is also ideal for St. Augustine beach, walkable to several public beach entrances, restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and donuts. The unit also comes with a parking spot and two extra parking passes, which was particularly useful for us, as my daughter who lives in St. Augustine, stayed with us and was able to park at the unit. The only issue we had was with check in. The code and directions we received by the property manager were incorrect or invalid. We called but there was no one on site—the number goes to an answering service who then reaches out to to the property management company to try to connect with someone to resolve the issue. This is the last thing you want to deal with after traveling all day, but the answering service and property management representative were both super kind, apologetic, and got the issue resolved and within a couple of hours. Once we got in, everything was GREAT! It seems there was a mix up somewhere, and I don't anticipate this being a recurring issue. We'll definitely be back and would stay in this unit again.

Comfortable condo

My family had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was clean, nicely furnished and had anything we needed all week! It’s a great location to the pool and pretty view of the pond and fountain. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo and great area close to the beach.

The property was very nice. A little disappointed in the neighbors who were sitting on their screened-in porch smoking weed and talking very loudly until after 1:00 am most nights. They were also smoking cigarettes outside our front door every evening.
