We had a great experience. It feels very safe and homey. We enjoyed walking around the property and taking the kayaks out. Tiffany at the dock was always helpful, and both Mary and Billy came by to talk to us. We will be back!

Loved staying here -very clean and so nice to be right at the marina! The complimentary kayaks were great. Really felt like being in our own backyard. Tiffany was wonderful and helped us with everything, she was so sweet! Would definitely book again!

Wat a lovely little cottage. Everything you need for a short or long stay. I wish we had more time to take advantage of all of the amenities available. The locals towns are so quaint. It was so dark at night, we were able to see stars, planets and satellites!

Loved this little cottage. Had everything we needed! Beats a stuffy cheap hotel room at the same price. My daughter loved having the loft to herself. Very accommodating and attentive hosts. We WILL be staying hete again!

A very pleasant couple and their daughter. They left the cabin so neat I could hardly tell they were there. Would love to have them back anytime. Remember a weekly rental comes with a voucher for a free river cruise.

Fourth of July get away

We made last minute plans and were happy with our decision to stay at Mary’s place. It was big enough for our family including our two teenage daughters. The location is quiet and peaceful. The home was clean and had everything we needed!

Fishing Vacation

We were looking for a rental property near a marina for a fishing vacation and this met our needs perfectly. This house is just a few steps away from boat slips, boat ramp and tackle shop with fuel. The owners are very nice and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. We will definitely make a return trip! Note: If the cabin seems small for anyone, check out the house (Sailor’s Rest). We were given a tour of the property before we left. It’s a very spacious 4 bedroom house with a private dock. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a vacation spot where you can bring your boat. If you don’t have a boat, you can charter with Captain Billy!

The views of the water are nice to enjoy. The access to water activities are great. The host and other staff members were very friendly and helpful. The tiny house was very cozy, simple and was everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the water.

Adorable Tiny Cottage

Gull Cottage was very cute and had all we needed. Capt. Billy and Mary were available to answer questions and provide recommendations. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to stay. We stayed two nights for a trip to see Tangier Island. Convenient location for area attractions.

Relaxing Recharging Vacation

The cabin was exactly as listed, adorable. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The area is very quiet which is exactly what we needed and wanted. There are two cute wineries very close for a rainy day. Being right in a marina is perfect for crabbing right outside your door. I would definitely return and recommend.

Perfect Stay!

My fiancé, sister in law, and I arrived in town for the short weekend for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed! Plenty of room and the beds were super comfy!!! Next time we visit we will be checking to see if this place is available!

This Tiny House was perfect. Had everything we needed. Host Mary and Captain Billy were great. Dock for the Boat was easy to get in and out of. Would highly recommend staying here. Hope to be back soon.

Perfect Get Away

We had a wonderful short stay to celebrate a birthday. The location was great and being able to dock our boat and come and go as we please on the water was wonderful. Lots of options to take boats out to lunch and dinner. Hosts were wonderful and always accessible if needed. Cabin well stocked and perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small kids - they loved the loft area to sleep. Will be back again!

Nice getaway

Mary and captain Bill are super host. This is the 2nd time we stayed with them. We did a cruise trip and fishing trip with Captain Bill Charter and everyone loved it. The house is good for a family upto 4 people. It equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. We caught a lot of crabs from their pier. We love it there. Thanks for letting us staying there.

We had so many inquiries about where to stay from our customers, we decided to have these lovely cottages built to meet the needs of our regular clientele. It was a greater need than we realized. In addition to fishing customers we now have families, honeymooners and regular folks like you and me longing for the Chesapeake Bay. They come for fun in the sun, fishing and water sports or just the peace and tranquility of being ….. on the Bay.
