This 3/1 is an updated home in Oakwood Gardens. A very short drive to downtown St. Pete and a 15 minute drive to the beaches.

With tile floors and updated shaker kitchen cabinets, this house feels modern on the inside. A wide open living room with a comfortable couch and ottoman connects with the kitchen to make you feel like you're all together.

Laundry machines on site. High speed wifi. Comfortable beds.
