The bricks on the sidewalks were broken the second we arrived. We did not bust them up. After the super hard freeze and snow, they started falling more. My husband had to go outside to insulate the water pipe in the very cold temperatures before the storm, so we could have water. Host never checked on it or on us during the storm. My husband has OCD and we don’t smoke. We had 2 of our employees come over during the freeze for steak and Shrimp and had our bbq pit on the porch and the smoke had to have come in that way. Every pot and pan in the house was disgusting, along with the one and only fork and spoon provided for us for a month. Air conditioner units filters so thick and dirty. Smell of gas coming from stove and no carbon monoxide detector anywhere, but several fire extinguishers. Smell of sewer was very strong throughout the stay and sewage backed up from toilet into shower, they did send someone out to clear that up at 9:00 pm. You never knew if door locks worked or not. Neighbors were loud building and constructing on their house at all hours of day and night and their dogs barked constantly. Cats would get under the house in crawl space and fight all night. Mouse hole in one bedroom that I had to stick a Brillo pad in. The mattresses are the worst we have ever slept on. Just because they say beautifully remodeled isn’t true, it takes more than one can of paint to do a remodel. Yes, there are a lot of cute Knick knacks everywhere, I would not recommend this house
