This house was perfect for our visit. It was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Walking distance to a restaurant, coffee shop and the best ice cream! Would definitely stay here again.

10/10 - This house was perfect! It is in walking distance to Walnut Beach and all the local shops…and close to everything else you need in Devon, Stratford or Downtown Milford. All the basics plus more for cooking. washer and dryer was a plus. Neighborhood is quiet and communication with the host was great. I have already recommended. (If you are staying in winter…heat works incredible..barely need it on to keep the whole place cozy) and no problem parking at all. Thanks Melissa!!

Great little place - outstanding location.

Three of us were in town for a Navy reunion. This was the perfect place for us. There are 3 bedrooms. Pretty small, but perfect if you just need a bed and dresser. Nice little sitting area and eating area. It was really very cozy. The real plus is the location. It was just 2 blocks from a coffee shop, another block to a liquor store and convenience store. Then another block to the beach. There is better beach access a few blocks down the road. It just depends what you need. Once at the beach, there is a great boardwalk that goes for about a mile or so. Great for a walk or run. Host was perfect with communication. Convenient access. Reasonable process. Great experience. We really had a great time and will stay again if we are in the area.

Sehr gute Lage. Das Bad und das Bettzeug waren sauber. Leider waren der Eingangsbereich, der Garten, die Gartentreppe und vor allem die Küche verschmutzt. Wir mussten alles reinigen, bevor wir es benutzen konnten - Toaster, Herd, Pfanne, Kaffeemaschine, Gläser etc. Der Outdoorgrill war nicht benutzbar, er war voller Spinnen, Spinnennestern und völlig verschmutzt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Der Terrassentisch war eine absolutenKatastrophe, er war total verschmutzt und wir mussten ihn erst reparieren, weil er sonst zusammengebrochen wäre. Wir waren auch darüber sehr enttäuscht. Der Preis war deutlich zu hoch. Wir fordern eine Erstattung von mindestens 50 Prozent.
