The building and condo have great accessibility including an elevator for your convenience. Enjoy all the golf you can play! Green fees included, just pay cart fees. Renter pays a one time Member Transfer Fee plus 7% tax directly to River Strand Golf & Country Club. The transfer membership includes full access to tennis, pickleball, exercise facilities, tiki bar, restaurant and bar, clubhouse, two resort style pools, one of six satellite pools is a short walk from the unit.
