Located at 7705 Grand Estuary Trail, Bradenton, FL 34212, this 1,156 sq ft exceptional property offers a host of features and amenities. As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the beautiful interior and views from the private lanai. Back inside you will appreciate all the little touches right down to the 1000 count Egyptian cotton sheets. There are flat-screen TVs with cable boxes in all living areas, and wireless internet access throughout. There is even a fold out sofa if you have extra guest(s). Enjoy the large kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The appliances include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and weber electric grill on the lanai. Fresh drinking water provided via a Culligan water treatment system. All utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, Keurig, Mr Coffee, toaster, blender, air fryer, electric griddles, beach/pool towels, fresh linens, (2) hair dryer, first aid kit, Keurig coffeemaker and bar tools are also provided. Shampoo, conditioner, K-cups, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent also provided to get your trip started! One covered parking spot included, and ample additional parking for visitors. Elevator is only a few steps away from the front door. The unit has a 5'x8' storage room that you are welcome to use to stash your golf clubs, bicycles, our other outdoor equipment.

With this rental is a SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP "Club" fee that will give you access to the River Strand Community. As a member of this remarkable community, you will have access to a wealth of amenities, including multiple pickleball courts, (8) well-lit Har-Tru clay tennis courts with on-site pro shop, (2) fitness centers, billiards room, community library, biking/jogging trails. Your favorite amenity might just be the 8 pools for rest and relaxation or recreation. If you are looking for a more social scene visit the main resort style pool that features aTiki bar with pool side service, perfect for socializing, afternoon lunch and/or cocktails. You will also enjoy spending time at the River Strand gourmet restaurant for a delicious dinner or to watch your favorite team at the bar. GOLF MEMBERSHIP may also be included for an additional $214 if you are interested. Then you can take full advantage of the 27-hole championship golf course that was designed by Arthur Hills, featuring spectacular views of the Manatee River, several lakes, panoramic greens and fairways. You will also appreciate the little extras, from GPS in all carts and the driving range into a lake with floating golf balls. Extra charge for cart fees (price varies by the season).

The community is perfectly located within a few minutes of I-75, only 30-45 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches like Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach or Longboat Key with great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 10 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 10 minutes UTC Mall, 10 minutes to Lakewood Ranch, 20 minutes from downtown of Sarasota. Sarasota (SRQ) airport 20 minutes, St Petersburg (PIE) Airport 40 min, and Tampa (TPS) airport 50 minutes.

This property is professionally cleaned between every rental, is a non-smoking property and no pets allowed. More frequent housekeeping may be available upon request.

We have a local resident/co-host that lives in the community and will introduce you to the community and is a phone call or text away to help if needed.
