Do you have a grill?
Yes, Charcoal
you must clean it since it's free we don't keep it up. it's up to you.
Also, we have a stainless steel grill that's available to use upon request. The price for using the grill is $65 which includes a cleaning fee of $40 and $25 for propane gas.
How can I enjoy your pool heater? How much is it?
We can turn the pool heater on at your request. We set the pool heater to 85 degrees.
*POOL HEATER COST: $35 a day at 87 degrees. After you make the reservation if you want the pool heater on, we will request the extra fee through Airbnb methods.
We also ask that our clients don't change any of the settings in the pool heater. If you need assistance we are a phone call away.
*Pool Heater goes on from 10 am - 6:00 pm. Wind, rain, and weather factors may slow down the pool heater. Pool heat may not reach 85 at all times during winter, Please be patient.
During the summer we don't turn it on as the pool gets warmed up by the sun constantly. We have enjoyed this pool ourselves during this time and noted it's very nice and warm. It can get to 110 degrees Fahrenheit in FL, trust me you don't want that heater to be on. You will love the pool just like that! However, we would consider special requests.
POOL area: the pool area faces other homes. The community is 80% vacation home and 20%, residential. This is a resort.
EXTRA GUESTS: We have a strong policy for extra guests. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people in the beds and 1 infant in a crib. No extra guests are permitted in the home. There will be an extra $25 charge per unauthorized guest per day. 11 guests including the infant is the maximum occupancy we will accommodate.
No unauthorized visitors either, if you have a visitor for the day there will be a $15 fee per guest if they are there for more than 2 hours.
PARKING: Parking in the community is very limited to guests with multiple cars. The streets are a bit narrow for parking in the street. Two cars can fit comfortably in the property’s driveway. Also, drive carefully around for this same reason.
Where are your Surveillance Cameras?
They are located only at the front door and one facing the outdoor entrance in the pool area. Security cameras are in place for the following reasons:
- Avoid rental misuse (parties)
- Added security
We will never use the cameras to spy on you, to listen to your conversation, or to intrude on your vacation. We respect your privacy and honestly don’t have that much time to be on the cameras like that. We monitor them when we believe there is something suspicious going on.
Maintenance and Repairs: Please understand that things in the house may malfunction at times. We take the most reasonable steps to prevent this from happening. We service things that need to be repaired immediately. Should something malfunction or break during your stay, you must report it immediately and we will come and fix it as promptly as possible. In addition, pool equipment, AC unit, Garbage disposals, and other operating devices in the house may be subject to a weekly or monthly inspection and servicing. The pool is maintained weekly on Wednesdays around 9:00 am.
PETS: We are now allowing small breed dogs of no more than 45 lbs. , there are different fees associated with bringing your 4-legged family member. We calculate the fees depending on your length of stay and the day of the week you're checking out. Typically if you're checking out on a Friday or Saturday there is an extra fee because we rather close the home for one full day to do a thorough cleaning after guests with pets. There is also a contract that needs to be signed with some special rules about bringing your pet.

We understand that communication is very important. If you arrive during our business hours we meet and greet with you and give you access to the home as well as answer any questions you may have for us at the time of contact. We do our best to answer phone calls or requests as soon as possible. Typically the same day.
We will also send you instructions and confirm your stay one day before your arrival date.

Our guests can access the pool and patio and all areas of the house such as bedrooms and bathrooms. You can also park your vehicle in front of the property. However, only vehicles of registered guests are allowed on the property. You can also use the washer and dryer in the garage area.
No parking inside the garage as we have games for children and want to keep a safe clean area for them.
Upon entering the house, you will be surrounded by a modern farmhouse-style decor with elegant touches and intricate details. Countless hours were dedicated to creating this ideal vacation home for you and your group. We have thoughtfully provided all necessary amenities, including towels, bed sheets, pillows, soaps, and other essentials to ensure your stay is comfortable. The house features two master bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, each with its private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The king-size bedroom boasts a 40" Alexa TV for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and a kid's suite equipped with two single beds, a 32" TV, and a sturdy mini crib with a comfortable mattress for the little ones in the family. The pool area is open and faces south, providing ample sunlight throughout the day for your enjoyment. We have also included pool toys for the younger guests. In terms of activities, there is a foosball table, ping pong table, board games, and other toys for the kids to enjoy. The community also offers a playground for additional entertainment. For your convenience, we will provide the following items for your stay without replenishment: 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom (4 total), paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, 2-in-1 shampoo and body soap, and hand soap. We recommend bringing extras if your stay is extended or if you have a larger group. Please review our policies and FAQ section carefully.
