Petite Barn

This is a "Studio" apt. High ceilings, big windows. It is directly under the upstairs Barn unit . Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to sound. Located on a dirt road,in the country on 2 1/2 acres,just minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Central Coast. This is a cozy space, with a coffee pot , microwave,tea pot, toaster, small fridge, t.v, wifi. Dogs are permitted with an addition $65 per pet fee. All dogs are never to be unattended in unit Large glass sliding doors overlook pool
The space
The Studio Barn is located in the country. It is on a dirt road, so if you have severe allergies to pollen or dirt, it is not the place for you. It is in the country!! The space is very bright & light, with high ceilings. The bed is a Cal King , very comfortable.There is a rooster across the street, who crows at random hours...haha hopefully you will like that:)
Guest access
You will have access to the pool, jaquzzi and BBQ. You will have access to walk the grounds, and enjoy the gazebos for meditation or relaxing. You will have access to the washer/dryer in the garage
Other things to note
check in is 3PM and If Im not around, no worries, just let yourself in at your leisure......I can always leave the sliding doors open for you.

Cozy Stay in a Scenic Location

The petite barn is a great space, a lot of light, a great view of the yard, and a comfy bed. The hosts and other guest were super friendly to me and my dog. Would definitely stay at the barn again.

Perfect Spot

Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Welcomed with delicious scones. Peaceful location, great apples from grounds. Close to ocean and vineyards. And a warming hot tub to welcome you at the end of day. A perfect spot.

Perfect!

This Petite Barn was perfect for our stay to visit our son and his family. The description the owner, Diane, gave is very accurate. I was concerned about having a guest in the upstairs Barn unit but that was no problem at all (that particular guest was very quiet). And we never did hear the neighborhood rooster crow - maybe he no longer lives there. :) We loved being in the country. The grounds around the property are beautiful and we had fun exploring when our grandchildren came over to visit. While the family visited we also enjoyed the wonderful hot tub. The kitchenette is perfect and had just what we needed for coffee/tea and snacks. The king size bed is so comfortable and cozy. Diane welcomed us when we arrived. We had no problems, but I felt very confident that if we had, she would have been available to address it. I had a few incidental questions and she answered right away through texts. We would love to stay here again!
