The Space:
This three bedroom town house will make you travel to another time, where the hustle and bustle of the big city does not exist. The property has its own language to explain itself, you will find significant and characteristic elements on the facade and building.
Every corner of the town house and the neighborhood has something of the history of Mexico.
Whether you come for tourism or business, as a family, partner or friends, the house will provide you with the space and comforts you need.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet lifestyle, a lot of history and a relaxed cultural environment, are some of the things you could enjoy living in Coyoacán. It was in this magical neighborhood that Hernán Cortés established the First City Hall, marveling at its beautiful landscapes with abundant springs, orchards, fields and multicolored gardens.
Due to its magical atmosphere, its abundant vegetation, its tranquility and its provincial characteristics, numerous personalities of the stature of the writers José Juan Tablada and Rubén M. Campos, the pioneer researcher of Mexican art Manuel Toussaint came to reside in the old town of Coyoacán , the teacher and great chronicler Salvador Novo, the outstanding painter José Chávez Morado, the renowned artists Dolores del Río, Emilio “Indio” Fernández, Frida Kahlo, Manuel Álvarez Bravo, Diego Rivera, and the political exile León Trotsky, among many others.
Some shops in Coyoacán are so well known and traditional that, by themselves, they represent a reason to go to meet them. The famous cantina-restaurant La Guadalupana dates back to 1932; the bar-brewery La Puerta del Sol has welcomed its patrons since 1918; and the Siberian ice creams, the most famous in Coyoacán, have been delighting visitors since 1930 with traditional and exotic flavors. Added to this group are El Jarocho coffee and its branches, the Mexican Artisan Bazaar -with a varied sample of products- and the Mercado de Antojitos, where quesadillas, sopes, tacos, pambazos, pozole and other Mexican succulents are on demand.
Getting Around:
Known as the cultural and artistic heart of Mexico City. Coyoacán has houses of culture, theaters, activities, sports and much more. Every day there is something new to do.
The historic center of Coyoacán is particularly crowded on weekends when families stroll through its gardens and go to its bookstores, while at night, the nightlife is a magnet for those seeking to enjoy the bohemian atmosphere in its bars, cantinas, cafes and rocks.
Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines to help keep everything comfortable for everyone: please close what you open, return anything you use, switch off lights and appliances when not in use, take responsibility for any damage, handle all items with care, tidy up after yourself, and leave everything in its original place.
Please note that, as this is a condominium, access to amenities is managed by the building administration rather than by us. Availability may occasionally be limited or temporarily restricted due to maintenance, capacity policies, or prior reservations. This is beyond our control and does not affect the accommodation service.
Interaction with Guests:
We’re here to support you throughout your stay and make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. You can reach our hosts at any time—preferably via WhatsApp—or by calling the numbers provided in your check-in instructions or available in the apartment. Our regular support hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
We usually respond within an hour; however, replies may take a little longer during nighttime hours. For urgent matters, we remain available after 10 pm. We’ll always do our best to assist you and ensure you have a smooth, pleasant, and worry-free stay.

Property is located steps away from Coyoacán neighborhood main plaza and walking distance from main attractions (cafes, restaurants, historical plazas and buildings). We spent 3 lovely days and enjoyed strolling through the absolutely beautiful neighborhood. The property is as described and the communication with our host was outstanding. What I liked most about this property is the comfort to arrive and being able to relax and plan for the next day and the feel I was taken care of by the hosting team. Thank you.

The good:Location could not be improved upon. Maybe 100 yards from main Coyoacan Center. Close enough for an easy walk, and far enough to be removed from the late-night noise.Clean house. The bad:Smells like sewage. Seems to originate in kitchen. There was a communication mixup. My entry instructions were sent via WhatsApp - though I had not communicated via that app with this host before. Lots of scrambling when we arrived to try to figure out how to get in.It is not clear who the actual host is. There is some third party business going on.The washing machine has a THREE HOUR PLUS cycle and is very small and very loud. The potable water spigot is janky and provides an inadequately small stream to work with (brushing teeth or drinking).Host assured me that there was a crib. There is not. It's just a bassinet made for infants. I'm sure this was just lost in translation. That sounds like a lot of negative, but I'm being nit-picky. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We appreciate your positive comments about the apartment's location and cleanliness. We want to clarify that there is no third party managing the apartment, as we directly handle and interact with our guests.
We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay, such as the sewage smell originating in the kitchen, the communication mix-up with the entry instructions, and the confusion regarding the actual host. We will address these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.
Regarding the washing machine's long cycle time and noise, as well as the water spigot's inadequate stream, we will look into possible solutions to improve these amenities. We also acknowledge the discrepancy with the crib and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Your feedback is valuable to us, and we are committed to making necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
