Luxurious Beds and Spacious Bedrooms: Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in our well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, large closet, and a 65" Smart TV. The guest bedrooms include a king bed and a queen bed with firm spring mattresses, ample closet space, and reading lamps. An additional air mattress is available for extra guests.

Modern Living Space: The main living area is spacious and filled with natural light. Relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy your favorite shows on the 70” Smart TV. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including pots, pans, dishes, silverware, linens, a coffee pot, toaster, and serving accessories.

Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to the large backyard with a deck and a propane gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The yard is spacious, offering plenty of room for kids to play or pets to roam.

Convenient Amenities: We provide plenty of towels, extra blankets, and other essentials to ensure your stay is comfortable. Each reservation receives a unique smart lock code for secure, easy access.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation:

Small to medium-sized pets are welcome with pre-approval. A $100 fee per pet fee (maximum of 2 pets), and a refundable $150 per pet deposit is required. Enjoy nearby trails and a pet park perfect for walking your furry friends.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees.

Guest Access:
Full House. Parking in the driveway and street. Our house has a garage, but guests do not have access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of West Fayetteville. Easy access to interstate, downtown and University of Arkansas.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but must be under 40 pounds. We require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet plus a $150 per pet deposit. (2 pets max).

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 22 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
