Recently renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking lagoon conveniently located in Seascape less than 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza.

Condo includes: full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, private balcony, centrally location, 2 community pools and beach cabana with restrooms for guests use.

Come enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer while staying in a spacious, centrally located premier property.

.This a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with large downstairs living room open floor plan includes dining area, TV, updated kitchen and washer/ dryer. Exit sliding glass doors walk onto deck overlooking lagoon.

Second floor has 2 bedrooms/2 bathroom. Master bedroom has queen bed, TV, large picturesque windows and private bathroom. Second bedroom has TV, two beds (Queen and twin Daybed with trundle).

Seascape has private cabana located on the beach with restrooms and changing area for guests use. You'll be provided a code and location at check in to access during your stay.

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: pack -n-play, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy and two communal pools.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

A Cozy Little Spot

This condo was a cozy little spot where my family and I stayed a couple of night for New Years. The balcony overlooking the pond was very relaxing and will be even more relaxing during the spring and summer. My only complaint was that one of the TV's was hard to navigate at first. But overall the property served it's purpose very well.

Christmas in the snow

Great location for our Christmas trip. Was very cold and maybe did something to the pipes making the water brown. We would stay again.

Hundreds of fantastic restaurants ranging from gourmet to family dining and take out. The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.

Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.
