DISCOUNTED 2026 RATES! 4th Floor North Shore Place with ROOFTOP pool location!

This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is located at North Shore Place. This beach oriented five story villa complex includes a private, rooftop pool with hot tub. North Shore has a private gated entrance that requires a code and a password to enter the elevator for your security. The complex is located right across from Coligny Plaza where you can dine, shop, or enjoy the local entertainment.

Our villa is located in close proximity to the pool and elevator, for your convenience. We have just completed updating our villa for your comfort and enjoyment. This villa is open and spacious with a dining area that seats 6 comfortably, with extra seating at the bar. We have gone to great lengths to stock our kitchen with all the necessities for those guests that like to dine in.

The LR area features ample seating, a flat screen tv, and an access to our private balcony. Seated in the lush landscaping that Hilton Head is famous for, you can dine outside, or relax and read.

Our master suite includes a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a private bath, to include a well lit vanity area, with a large tub and walk-in shower. You can, also, access our private balcony from the master suite.

The spacious guest suite includes a king bed, a flat screen tv and private bath, featuring a tub/shower combination.

Maximum (2) Car Parking.

The condo is fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining items. Large balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Complex is clean, quiet and secure. Very easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Deb called us to make sure our stay was going well and to let us know she was there if we needed anything. We will stay here again!

Nice villa

This villa was very nice and in a great location. It is right across the street from the ocean, Coligny Plaza and numerous restaurants. It is on the North side of the building, which is very quiet. The balcony is a very nice size and looks over trees. The 4th floor pool is great and very convenient. N. Forest Beach is a very walkable area which alleviates having to get in a car all the time.

I have stayed at this property several times. I am always very comfortable there. After having stayed in several of the units in this complex I have found this one to be the best. It is decorated in a nice bright beach decor. Beds are comfortable. This is important to my husband and I. The unit is always clean and furniture up to date. The location is great. Often times we do not drive our car all week. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The pool is clean and never too crowded. I travel a lot. This is one of my most favorite places to visit. Staying in this unit is almost home to me.

When guest reported the dryer not working, I sent a repair guy. He informed us that the dryer could not be repaired. We ordered brand new washer and dryer. The elevator in the building was repaired. These two items were beyond our control. We have purchased new washer and dryer and elevator, which is the responsibility of the building, had new parts installed.

Great location

We love North Shore Place and have stayed there several times. This condo was nice and had everything we needed. The only negative is it could have been cleaner. The nooks and crannies around the shower door had black gunk. Also my feet got very dirty from walking barefoot on the floors.

We have rented this condo at least 5 times. It's always clean, the beds are comfortable, it's roomy, and close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The roof-top pool is always clean and convenient. Deb is wonderful to work with as well. We will book again!

Location Location Location

North Shore Place is a family favorite to stay in due to the location and access to Sea Crest facilities as well. Communication was great and check in was easy. Condo is on the 4th floor which is where the pool is also located which is convenient. Just a few minor things that could be improved, upgraded living room furniture that allows more seating and more comfortable. If you plan on using the pull out sofa bring a mattress topper or air mattress. My sister just ended up closing the sofa bed and just slept on the couch which was more comfortable. The shower curtain in the guest bedroom needs to be replaced as it had mold on the bottom. Overall the condo has all kitchen items needed for those that want to stay in and cook. The beds were comfortable in both rooms. The above improvements wouldn't deter me from staying again. Highly recommend booking this place if you want to be close to shopping and the beach. We will be back for sure.

Great post -covid vacation!

Fantastic location! Very easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Loved being across from Coligny Plaza. Lots of shops and restaurants. Piggly Wiggly a step away and they even have carts to help get your groceries back to your condo. Our unit was on the 4th floor with a roof pool and hot tub right outside our door. We were there from May 29th till June 5th 2021. Deb couldn't have been more helpful making our trip a special one. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Deb for a wonderful time!!
