Large and well-kept vacation home on Lake Niedersonthofen with a sauna and patio

Haus Eva is a beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained holiday home (we used the time during the pandemic to carry out some renovations: new heating system, new kitchen, new carpeting in the bedrooms, new bathrooms, and a gorgeous large terrace) with a view of the mountains, large enough to accommodate two or three families. It’s located in the holiday village of Niedersonthofen and features a large sun terrace. On the outskirts of town is a very nice swimming lake, and in town there’s a bakery and a small corner store. The house can accommodate about 11 people. It features 2 double bedrooms with sinks, 1 single bedroom, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a studio with 1 double bed and 3 single beds; 1 bathroom with a toilet and shower; 1 bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower; 3 separate toilets; and a shower in the sauna area. The living room features a tiled stove and a large dining table—perfect for cosy game nights! There are 2 TVs in the house. The basement houses a hobby room with a ping-pong table and a sauna. A garage is also available. Important note: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house (smoke detector system). During the Bavarian holiday season, we reserve the right to rent the property only on a weekly basis; however, if a short-term availability arises, we’re happy to accommodate stays as short as 2 nights.
