Come share my world. Relax in this peaceful, family friendly home. Located in a well established community and in a quiet culdesac.
The space
This home is located on a corner lot, has large fenced in back yard with a fire pit for simply enjoying the out doors.
Guest access
Full access to this 3b 2full ba, laundry room large privacy fenced in back yard with fire pit. The garage is my additional storage but You are more than welcome to utilize the extra seating within that space. I have a patio set and a futon stored in it.
Other things to note
Food Lion Grocery store, eateries and Wells Fargo bank and fire station within 2miles on George Washington highway. If you desire to attend church, there's truly 6 within a 5 min drive prior to entering Camelot subdivision. Local Portsmouth Casino under construction within 7min drive(opening 2023). Virginia Beach within 40min drive. Portsmouth Naval hospital and Maryview medical centers within 15mins.
