About this property

This beautifully remodeled home is located just minutes from downtown Santa Fe. Beautiful mountain views and spacious living area can accommodate up to 8 people. Outdoor space is great for summer and winter alike with 6 person hot tub, gas fire pit, deck and patio area.
This home was built by my grandparents in the 1960's using adobe (mud bricks using dirt from property). They also reused building materials from their previous home annexed by the City in order to widen St. Francis Drive as my grandparents were products of the depression and Nothing went to waste.
More pictures will follow as I'm putting the finishing touches on the home.
I have enjoyed this home for many years and excited to share it with guests. A common Spanish expression is Mi Casa es Su Casa, please make yourself at home!

Great VRBO for my girls birthday trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! I was well laid out, well furnished and everything was quality! We sat on the couch and chatted, used the fireplace, used the hot tub, cooked some of our food, made coffee and played a card game at the dining room table…all that to say we enjoyed all these nice features to the house. We used uber to get to the plaza and it was about $10 every time… the weather wasn’t nice enough for us to feel comfortable walking and the walk home would have been straight uphill on the way back from the plaza. Definitely recommend this property!!

Great Family Stay

My husband, three kids, and I had a wonderful weekend at this home. Our tween was very excited to show it off to her friends and fascinated by the southwestern but modern design. It was very cozy but spacious enough for all of us. We really enjoyed the sunroom's beautiful views. Our host could not have been nicer or more accomodating - would definitely stay again.

Great house!

Really nice home close to Santa Fe downtown. The owner was very responsive when I asked if we could check in a little early. House nicely supplied with amenities and beds were comfy.

I am a Santa Fe native with my family living in Santa Fe for many generations. I am a mortgage loan officer and have been originating mortgages in Santa Fe and surrounding area for almost 30 years. I am a single grandparent/parent with my 2 grandsons here in Santa Fe. I have a very large family being the last of 9 children with my parents being 92 and 90 and still in great health.
