The Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort and Water Park is located in Gatlinburg, Tenn
It is nestled, in Great Smokey Mountain National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood Theme Park. Guests can enjoy the onsite indoor/outdoor water park with a heated pool, children's water slides, a lazy river, and a children.s activity room. Outside amenities include two heated pools, a jacuzzi, miniature golf, a zip line, picnic areas, fire pit seating area, and grills. There is also a business center, fitness center, and spa. Onsite is Southern Comfort restaurant and bar, marketplace mini store and deli. snack bar, and a mountain-top pool bar. The wifi, parking, and shuttle to Gatlinburg are free. The resort also has a concierge service if needed.
This cabin-style condo which is the best the resort has to offer; has two bedrooms and baths. Sleeping consists of a king bed with a tv in each bedroom, and there are two living rooms each with a queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, and TV. There is a Grande suite that consists of a full kitchen with all the amenities of a home. The kitchen island seats two, and the dining table seats six. The living room has a balcony that joins the Master bedroom that has two chairs and a table where you can relax and look at the beautiful scenery overlooking the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. Of course, views are different in different units and we always request the best views if available. The master bath has a jetted jacuzzi and shower. The deluxe suite has a kitchenette and shower in the bathroom. Also, there is a washer/dryer. You'll enjoy all the comfort of home.

Wonderful holiday!

Clark and Mona were prompt, friendly, and communicative. The service at the resort is top notch. We loved the Trolley service on property and to Gatlinburg/PF. Room was brand new, thoughtfully appointed with 3 baths, plenty of room and a beautiful view. The waterpark was cold but they were repairing the glass ceiling. Highly recommend

We couldn’t have picked a better place

We loved staying at the Westgate Resort. The amenities on the property are great for kids (indoor water park, zero entry pool) and there’s a pretty decent fitness facility. The resort is extremely hilly and is fairly large so we found it necessary to use the resort shuttle to get around (rather than walking). The owners were very communicative and accommodating. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose this neighborhood for the wonderful views of the mountains and the very top of the line amenities. It is also located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and ofcourse we like Dollywood and the cities are changeing into a mini Nashville with the entertainment.The property gives you all the perks of home.
