This Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, offers all the comforts of home. Great location, nearby the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood theme park, and downtown Gatlinburg. Guests can enjoy outdoor recreational opportunities and onsite amenities, including the heated indoor/outdoor water park.

This two bedroom villa features a spacious King bed in the primary bedroom with a connected full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub (please note that a select few units do not have a jetted tub in the primary bathroom-You may request one, but it is not guaranteed). The guest bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, a double sofa sleeper, a small dining table for two, and a kitchenette. There is an additional full bathroom with a combination shower and tub. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa with a dining area off to the side that accommodates four guests. This villa also comes equipped with a full kitchen, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, full refrigerator, pots, pans, and dishes. The dining and living area connect to a private balcony with a small dining set outside (Please be aware that some units do not have a balcony-You may request one, but it is not guaranteed). Villas feature access to a washer & dryer in a common hallway.

Amazing

The place was beautiful with amazing views and was much bigger than expected. They had everything you could need. The kids loved having access to the waterpark the entire stay which was absolutely gorgeous. They even had other fun things to do for free such as mini golf. It was by far the best facility I have ever stayed at.

Fantastic Location and Property

The resort was great! They have everything you need onsite and the resort is very clean and updated. The kids loved having multiple pools and the water park.
