Guest are provided 2 parking spots. Additional free parking can be found curb side up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street! This beautiful condo can sleep the whole family and friends!! Located right off 136th street surrounded by OC attractions. Just a couple streets away guests can get to the Fractured Prune, King Kone, Sushi cafe, and Old Pro Golf! Among many other restaurants, shops, and attractions!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.
