This large 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom downstairs unit with parking for 2 vehicles onsite. Sit on your covered porch to watch the traffic and excitement and enjoy the breeze! This house is located directly on Philadelphia Ave. on 6 street. The famous Ocean City, MD Boardwalk is only a couple blocks away! Conveniently located in the downtown area where all the entertainment/bars and action is! Short walk to the beach/boardwalk and restaurants. Great for the whole family, and groups! Outside area for BBQ and just hanging out. Shopping Outlets are a short ride across the bridge as well as beautiful Assateague Island or Casino at Ocean Downs for a night of gambling and horse racing!

Family vacation

We were a group of 12 including a 1yr old and there was enough space for all of us to sleep and chill. It was a great location and the neighbors were chill too. The only thing missing to have made this place super great was a washer n dryer on site. I would definitely book this place again.

Never Again

The home is in a great location in Ocean CIty. This home has not been kept up with at all. It is a duplex unit with an upstairs and a downstairs. We rented the downstairs unit. When the people upstairs shower, it leaks right down into the bathroom of the main bedroom. We let the property manager know and never heard anything back during our stay. This house was condemned one year ago and the owner did as little as possible to get it up to code to be able to rent the unit. We had to clean the refrigerator once we checked in because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. All in all the house is filthy and not well kept. I would never put my family in this home again. The rental was absolutely not worth what we paid.

I am sorry, you didn't like the house. If there was a problem with cleaning, we are certainly here to correct, if I had known. As to the leak from above, the plumber fixed it the same day. I have personally owned this house for over 20 years and it has NEVER been condemned. The property is not new, it looks just like the pictures, an older well maintained rental home that we take pride in providing to renters.

The good and the bad

There were some good and some bad. Based on the reviews my expectation was not high at all but i needed a place to stay that accommodated my group. The property manager is very responsive and the location is great. The property itself needs some TLC. There were rusted doors, walls in need of repair, broken blinds on almost every window and furniture that looked like it was found in the streets. The floors were not clean; you could feel the sand on your feet. Aside from being broken, the blinds looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while. Same goes for baseboards and window sills.

Overall fine house with one main issue

Overall, I would say that the house was as advertised and did a fine job, the one main issue that we found was that there was an ant infestation issue in the kitchen. If any piece of food, crumbs, or even an empty glass was accidentally left out, you could be sure to find it covered in ants by the time you came back.

good time family

the location was great near the close to the beach, board walk and restaurants. but the house was outdated and seen its better days. the blinds were broken on almost all of the windows. there was no cable or satellite as advertise. i had 12 people and ran out of hot water when we came back from the beach and needed a shower for all. for some reason there where flies all over the house. the last people that where left a fly squatter thankfully. but hopefully with a few changes they have a great location.

Great location and very spacious.

The house was great with lots of space for our families. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials- pots and pans, toaster, pitcher for lemonade. We wished there was a pot holder for oven use but we made due! The kitchen door was hard to use (we hung our suits outside to dry overnight) but really appreciated the hose at the front porch for sand removal! We would definitely stay here again!

Worked for Us!

We were traveling and needed to accommodate a large group. This house fit the bill. The property manager was also great to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. The pictures are an accurate representation of the house. We found it very comfortable and roomy. It is an excellent distance from the beach and boardwalk. We had a great time!

Ocean City

The location was great. The house was very roomy. The inside of the house was in need of repairs! The cookware was very limited, old and dirty. More wash cloths and towels should be supplied. We made due with what we had and it turned out to be a great week. Thank you!!!

Bigger than expected!

Dawn’s place was great! You could sit on the porch for people watching and walk two blocks to the beach. Walking into the place, the pictures do not do it justice as to how big it is! Great living room space to fit the whole group.
