Desert mornings in La Quinta carry a particular stillness - golden light stretching across the landscape, mountain silhouettes sharpening against a wide open sky, the air cool before the day settles in. This three-bedroom retreat at PGA West is where that kind of morning becomes yours, and where evenings slow down around a fire pit or beneath the stars in a private hot tub.

Living space
The interior is built for comfort and connection. A spacious living room anchored by a 75` TV gives everyone room to settle in, and large doors open the space outward towards the desert backyard. Whether you need to decompress after a day on the golf course or stay plugged in for work, there`s a dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi ready when you need it.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed with an oversized en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area. The two additional bedrooms each include two full beds - flexible and comfortable for families or groups travelling together. A queen air mattress is available on request for additional sleeping.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a full set of dishes, cookware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. A dining table gives the group a central spot to gather over shared meals, morning coffee, or a slow evening wind-down.

Outdoor living
The backyard is the heart of this home. Take a dip in the saltwater pool - which sits naturally between 85-95°F in summer months - or ease into the private hot tub available year-round, 24 hours a day. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture invite long afternoons in the sun, while the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area make al fresco meals effortless. As the desert cools in the evening, the fire pit becomes the natural gathering point.

Bathroom & extras
Two and a half bathrooms keep mornings running smoothly, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products. The home also includes washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage. Arrival is simple with self check-in via keypad and a private entrance. Free parking on premises and a Level 2 EV charger (220V, 12-35 miles per hour) are available. A shared gym and additional community amenities round out the facilities. The home is pet-friendly - non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs considered at an additional fee, no cats. Long-term stays are welcome.

Situated within the PGA Signature community at PGA West, you`re a short walk from Ernie`s Bar & Grill and the Stadium Course clubhouse. The Empire Polo Fields - home to Coachella and Stagecoach - are less than 4 miles away. Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the golf, dining, and shopping options along Highway 111 are all just minutes from your door.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please enquire for larger groups!

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windscreen or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgements, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
