Our stay at this waterfront condo was absolutely incredible! The 3-bedroom layout provided more than enough space for our entire group to spread out and relax comfortably.The location truly offers the best of both worlds—unwinding on the private dock watching the breathtaking sunsets over the water, and taking a quick, effortless 3-minute walk right onto the sand.What really set this place apart were the amenities. The indoor pool table was a huge hit for evening entertainment. It is the perfect setup for families or groups looking to make great memories. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Super clean comfy beds. Everything you could need for a day at the beach. Easy 3 minute walk straight down the road to beach access. Beautiful sunrise views. Most importantly the hosts were the most responsive and helpful we have encountered. Thank you for making our mini vacay so easy.

The host was very responsive and informative, the open concept living room and kitchen has a speculative view of the sound and proximity to the beach made for a wonderful stay ( despite the cold snap). And the pool table made for some fun times.

The location to the beach is great for walking and not having to find beach parking. We walked to dinner at the restaurant on the corner. The street is quiet, and the place was clean. The pool table was great entertainment, and they provide many water activity toys, beach wagon, cooler and beach towels.

We had so much fun at our stay. The place was prime location to the beach. The view of the bay was beautiful (not to mention we watched dolphins right from our deck). I would recommend this to anybody looking to stay at Indian Rocks!

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful views. This property had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation right down to umbrellas and beach chairs. My family especially enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing in the bay. Location was great with the bay at the back deck, short walk to the beach, and a tasty bar/grill on the corner. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect way to end our holiday. The home is absolutely adorable. The view was beautiful, watched sunrise from the patio each morning. Then in the evening walked the three minutes to the beach and played in the ocean for sunset. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Only salt and pepper, so bring your own spices. Fun having the pool table too. We’d definitely stay here again

Great beach dig

The space was perfect for our family. The girls, ages 10 and 12 had never been to the beach. They loved the ocean and the beach cottage. The hosts were incredible to work with, allowing a later departure and help with accessing the property.

Unit has issue with air conditioning,also found host to be rude when dealing with issues. Issue was informed with host and host refused to address issue until next day inspite that no air conditioning is unacceptable in 90 degree flordia heat. Renter also is not responsible to make repairs to unit that is the responsibility of the host. I will take my family back to another one of the hosts units.

We’re disappointed this stay didn’t end on a better note. Unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally happen despite preventative efforts, and when notified, we immediately arranged service and the issue was corrected shortly after. Our goal is always to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and help guests enjoy their stay. We wish this situation had been given the opportunity to be resolved before the decision was made to leave. One thing, however, that we will not tolerate is aggression and being cursed at especially when we are doing our very best to help fix a situation for a guest. We all are human and we do our very best to ensure that our guests have a beautiful day. Wishing you the best.
