2 units in a 4 unit quaint building with pool, sleeps up to 12- perfect for gatherings!
These 2 newly redecorated units have a combined 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor of a quaint 4-unit building, in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach (sleeps up to 12). The sun-heated pool is right outside of the units. Just steps from the beach, it is located across the street from beach access, a short walk to many cafes, restaurants, and ice cream shops in a family friendly neighborhood.
**Please note: the units share a common wall but you must exit one unit to enter the other.
*Pet-friendly rooms are available. The pet fee is $195 for your first 3 nights plus an additional $25 per night there after.
*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $25 pending availability and approval.
*Pack & Play available upon request.
*If guest cancels their booking with VRBO, Booking, or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.
*Security cameras located outside.
You are very close to the walsingham bridge which takes you back off the beach where you can find all the national chain stores such as : Publix, home depot, Walgreens, McDonalds etc.

Our cohost lives very close to the property . We are usually available for assistance via phone and can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through Air BnB for lightning fast response.
The sister property which is about 2.5 miles away which is the Sunburst Inn, in the sand. You can feel free to use the beach there if you like. There are beach chairs and umbrellas on site there.
The units are fully furnished with flat screen HDTVs in the living room and all bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Wifi, washer and dryer in the unit, large private fenced pool area and an exterior shared balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.
Tile in main areas of the home and carpet in the bedrooms. There is a large glassed in porch/sunroom with outdoor seating for extra space.
