The Oak Loft is an awesome location for those visiting Kansas City for events at the T-Mobile Center and wanting to be close to downtown! This loft features one queen size bed, an open living room, open concept kitchen and one full bathroom. You simply won’t find a better location with this much space in the heart of downtown Kansas City! Did we mention you have access to a private parking lot!
Enter through the back of the building using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. The loft is located on the second floor of the building and will be accessed via stairs. There is not an elevator in this building.

Bedroom This home has one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is ample storage in the closet, a luggage rack, night stands, and full length mirrors as well as bedside charging stations. This is an open concept, studio style bedroom and only has three walls. There is no door to close off the bed from the hallway.

Bathroom There is one remodeled bathroom in this loft off the hallway which has a shower only. Great location, walkable to downtown, lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Extremely clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Easy check in and great communication. Would definitely recommend this rental property!
The spot was perfect for us! The space was clean, well-stocked, and super comfy! We were never more than a 10 minute drive to where we wanted to go, and were able to walk to restaurants and bars with ease. Would definitely book again!
We had a fantastic time. Super comfy place in the heart of it. Neat location with the exposed brick, loft atmosphere. We found the artwork cool across the area, as a lifelong Mets fan that might have stung some, but folks couldn’t have been friendlier and we had a great experience.
This was our first time in KC and we had such an enjoyable stay! Our loft was just as described and Kristen and the Cozy in KC team made communication easy. We would definitely recommend this property to any couple looking to stay in a vibrant area full of fun. Thanks for making our vacation great
Nice place to stay. We did leave the one evening for dinner and it reeked of weed outside the building. Not the greatest part of town but close to power & light if that's what you're looking for!

One couldn’t ask for a more convenient location to the T-Mobile Center, Power&Light, and Crossroads areas. This small, cozy, clean loft was as described on the website and offered all the amenities we needed plus a parking place. We would stay there again.
We stayed one night after a concert at The Truman so we wouldn't have to drive home late. We were less than a 5-minute walk from the venue. I loved that we had a dedicated off street parking spot. It was exactly as described in the listing. The owner had provided everything we could possibly require. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
