Hotel was great however check in was confusing. Most VRBO do not have front desk & use a code for entry to rental. When using the app Host Guest not available, text on Virtual chat was disabled. Had to call NJ number who gave me direct phone # where I learned it was a Towne Suite hotel with front desk. Very confusing check in and completely NOT CLEAR. I would remove a star for this but the accommodations were excellent. Please communicate better.
