About this property

A beautiful, clean Lake Havasu home equipped with everything you need including a new pool and fire pit ready for your enjoyment. There is plenty of parking for your boat in the driveway and an easy 5-minute drive to London Bridge and downtown. Nestled on a quiet street and very close to Sara Park, where you can appreciate hiking, biking, Frisbee golf and more! There are TVs in every room with a 75 inch TV in the living room to enjoy your favorite streams. Wi-Fi included.

The space
Large master bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom and sliding glass door that leads to the pool. Board games and puzzles for entertainment. Fire pit outback by pool.

Guest access
Entire House available for guest use with large driveway that has plenty of room for vehicles and boat. Garage is only area off limits as personal property is inside.

House Rules: No smoking, No parties, No pets. Quiet neighborhood so please be respectful and avoid being loud after 10 pm.
First Aid Kit: Located in kitchen cabinet next to refrigerator. Contains, antibiotic ointment, saline, band aides, ace wraps and gauze.
Fire Extinguisher: Located in kitchen cabinet next to refrigerator.
Pool light: Located on outdoor patio pillar. Please turn off when not in use.
Extra bedding: pillows, blankets for single bed are in master bedroom closet.
Wifi: Available during your stay. Password posted in living room
TV: Each room includes TV. Hulu Live, Disney plus and Amazon prime included.
Washer/Dryer: Welcome to use. Laundry pods inside white container in laundry room.
BBQ: with propane tank. Need to turn propane on while in use and off when done.
Fire pit: Firewood located on side of house. Complementary 3 pieces of wood. After that, please purchase your own wood.
Games: located in master closet. You are welcome to play with the corn hole, cards, puzzles, and board games. We ask that you put them back when you are done for the next guest to enjoy.
Trash day: please take trash to street on Sunday. Trash pick up is Monday at 5am. Thank you.
Clean up instructions: Please leave the house similar to how you found it. Please wash and dry pool towels (you can leave in the dryer or put on top of dryer).

This house was perfect for our stay! So cute and clean and has everything you need! Even stocked with games and puzzles. We had so much fun and would definitely stay there again! Quiet neighborhood with grocery store near by. We felt very safe and comfortable there! Awesome experience!!

Safe, quiet neighborhood

Nicely decorated older home, in a convenient, quiet and safe neighborhood. The outdoor area around the pool is landscaped, with beautiful sunrises and a lovely view of mountains and tropical trees. There is adequate seating for eating outside, or to just soak up the vitamin D. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The owner is appreciative and pleasant to work with.
