Thank you for your review. However, we respectfully disagree with several of the statements made. The property is professionally cleaned before every check-in, including proper mopping of all floors. We did not receive any communication during your stay regarding cleanliness, and we would have immediately addressed it if notified. All linens and towels are regularly inspected and replaced as needed. We do not provide stained items, and this concern was not reported during your stay. Regarding the furniture, the listing photos accurately represent the property. Any minor updates or variations do not impact the functionality or comfort of the home. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware, including both pots and pans. Again, we were not contacted during your stay for any missing items, and we are always available to assist guests in real time. We take pride in maintaining high standards and transparent listings.
