The townhouse felt just like home . It was very cozy and had so many amenities! Also our dog loved it , especially the yard and all the places to walk her. We definitely want to return for a longer stay !
Clean & Nicely decorated pet friendly unit. Host provided xtras for guests, comfortable beds, lots of towells & extra blankets. Nice work desk in master bedroom. Quiet neighborhood except for train noise. Open dog area short walk & greenway trail for biking, walking within walking distance of unit.

The property was okay. We were there for about 12 days and things went reasonably well. The place was adequately outfitted with kitchen pots, pans, cutlery, etc. We were at first impressed with the responsiveness of the host. However after the 2nd day that was no longer the case. It was difficult to get hot water for our shower. We ran out of all paper goods and had to buy our own when we didn’t hear back from the host, except for multiple reminders to take the trash out. Proximity to downtown Cary was a major plus.

The yard does not have an area for a dog to go to the bathroom so you have to walk your pet every time.
Just my two cents but I would get rid of the musty furniture, that we couldn’t sit on, and decking in back and put in some grass or other ground cover.

The townhouse was unlocked when I arrived!!
patio area was so filthy- it was nothing like the photos
all the rooms were dark, the patio lights did not work, the security lights did not work, called Ian- he told me he was the manager and ill- did nothing to help.
Would not recommend or ever stay at this location
Neighbor smoked and smoked and it rolled into the patio area and into the townhouse. it was horrible!!!!!
Housekeeping was not wonderful. Dog kibble in the sink, coffee pod in the Keurig, plenty of dust, including the in the vacuum container provided. Non functional outlets in the bathrooms (owner offered to try to find someone or “overnight an extension cord”). Tub collected water during shower. Trash is placed in a large container outside and not emptied until someone stays on a Tuesday night so the container was very full when we arrived.
On the plus side, the location was perfect and as described, close to Cary town center and greenways. There were many places to walk the dog and dispose of waste, and it was very quiet.
The rental was perfect for the twoof us. Our host was very responsive. The home was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, very private. The beds were comfortable, The kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils and dishes. We had an extended visit and enough supplies. We brought our bicycles and rode many times on the nearby rail trails. We hope to return again.
