This beautiful one bedroom, one bath apartment is 743 sq. ft. The way the apartment is set up it gives you a very spacious, full kitchen, full bath and a giant walk in closet. It is in a Vibrant part of the Salt Lake/Sugarhouse area and located right across the street form a grocery store and shopping. Many restaurants and additional shopping and entertainment nearby.

Spring break 2024

The apartment was in a great location. Close to I-80 to get to 215 to get to skiing. Right out the back door of apt is the workout room & hot tub. Pool towels are provided by apt. owner. We did have issues with the thermostat but owner responded right away and maintenence came and took care of it. Something we learned is there is a person who comes around M-F in the evening to pick up trash & recycling if you tie up the bags and put them in the cans outside the hallway door. My husband & I did find the bed not too comfortable. I mentioned it to homeowner and she said she would check into that. There are memory foam pillows on the bed, not very comfortable but in a bag in closet are regular pillows. All in all, we would stay there again.

Christmas in Salt lake

We had a great stay the place was clean and had everything we needed. It was centrally located quiet with easy parking and friendly neighbors. The host was so helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely book this place again.
