Very well maintained and clean property in close proximity to metro for easy access to national mall, etc. It's very evident a lot of love and work was put into property to upgrade it. Great communication with owner and no issues. Highly recommend.

DC was packed and I looked for a couple hours before locating this property. It was in a neighborhood I had not been before. Uber and Lyft filled in our transportation needs nicely though distance to the Capitol and downtown was further than my usual stays. It was well worth it because the apartment was completely updated, quiet, affordable and oh so comfortable. Rainy weather had us spending more time there than expected and we enjoyed every minute. We found it to be a great place to stay. I advise bringing in essential provisions in absence of nearby market. Truly, this is a nice property, priced fairly and I will happily book again.

This place was AMAZING! Aptly placed appliances, furniture, and decor! Just like the photos. Quiet neighborhood in DC with ample street parking. No matter when I came home I had a space! Loved my stay and will definitely stay again!

Lovely home in D.C!

This home is lovely. Nicely decorated and extra amenities such as delicious coffee and everything you need to make a yummy meal. Candice was great with communication. The best part of this home is high-quality items such as furniture and cooking items. We would definitely stay again!

Great Place near Anacostia River

Beautifully appointed home. Great kitchen to prepare meals. Comfortable bedroom. Lovely shower. We loved some of the personal touches in unit such as the family photos. The unit is conveniently located a few steps from the Anacostia River Trail for walking/hiking or biking and is only a few kms from the monuments, museums and sights of the National Mall area. Host was super friendly and answered any questions.
