‘’Welcome home" to the Mystical Mermaid Villa, a consistently rated 5 star property. This luxury stone villa has been tastefully updated in today's Caribbean colors and finished to the highest standards. Close to world famous beaches. There are 2 interior bedrooms, 2 baths, salt water pool & hot tub with garden & mountain views. The owner's suite has a king bed, AC, satellite TV, large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can become a comfortable king bed), AC, and an ensuite bathroom. The floor plan includes an open kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the finest top-end appliances, AC, cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils & silverware. The dining room accommodates 6. The centrally located living room comfortably seats 6 with AC, an entertainment center and WIFI. The pool veranda opens off the living, dining, and owner's suite. There is ample outdoor seating around the pool and beautiful mermaid fountain. Mystical Mermaid Villa is surrounded by lush gardens and Bismarckia palms. The pillared stone entry has a large flat turnaround car park for several jeeps. Beach equipment provided: cooler, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, tent and chairs. Villa has a large solar array and 4 Tesla power walls for quiet, seamless back up power in case of an outage.

Peaceful neighborhood and a beautiful backyard. No view of the ocean was the only thing missing but we had plenty of beach time to capture the ocean views.

Perfection in paradise

We have stayed at this amazing home in the past and it never disappoints. Beautifully appointed and maintained a combination of island vibe and chic comfort. Super private and convenient location. Spectacular pool and hot tub. A bonus is that all the rooms are inside a rare find on St. John where often one has to walk outside between main living and sleeping. Property manager wonderful and helpful although we didn’t have any issues. A chef kitchen awaits which we used everyday! Can’t wait to return next year !

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at this villa. The house is even nicer than the pictures show, and was immaculate in every way. The hosts have thought of everything, and everything in the house felt new and fresh. The living room is lovely and was very comfortable for our group, and the kitchen was gorgeous, with all the drawers organized and clearly labeled so it was very easy to find everything you need. The pool and deck was beautiful and my kids loved swimming every day. The hot tub was great too! The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were nicer than those at some high end resorts. The villa is on the quiet side of the island, and was very private with beautiful gardens. We did not miss seeing the water with the lovely view, and could walk to a quiet, out of the way beach! On top of all that, Tammy and Jackie were wonderful to work with and extremely attentive to anything we needed. Five stars, and would go back in a heartbeat!!
