Newly constructed Modern design in Dunedin, entire first floor guest suite with separate entrance, open plan Great Room - Kitchen, with lots of light, screened and solar heated 40 ft. private lap pool, table tennis, fitness room, bicycle 10 mins. to Pinellas Trail, 15 mins. to Honeymoon Island. Wheelchair accessible. Private Pool, Pooldeck and backyard located on west side of home.
Owners quarters upstairs with private outdoor space on east side of home. Bilingual English/German host.

Barbara and Will go out of their way to make sure all the details are right. I particularly love how well supplied the kitchen is. Plenty of space for the three adults who stayed again. Would stay again or recommend to others!
