This property had a nice lake cabin feel. We had a few issues with checkin but think some were with the VRBO app and not the host. It was not as clean as we had hoped but still comfortable and great for a weekend stay. The host was great and was very easy to reach via phone/text and took care of the few issues we had quickly.

This property was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge from a day in the Middle Ages. It was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks/racks for hanging clothing and towels. Thank you, Kim, for a wonderful stay!

Great hosts

Great host and very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay and the location was great for different adventures like New Orleans, Gulfport, and Biloxi. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet peaceful place not far from PRCC

Everything we needed was in the house and a convenient truck stop with hamburgers and other good food, right up the street

VRBO had a glitch, so we couldn't communicate on the app. However, we called the host, and she was very friendly and responsive, texting the check in info, etc. The place itself is very unique, comfortable, and we'd for sure stay again!! It was a quiet, beautiful location, overlooking the lake.

Great place just outside of Hattiesburg!

If you need a place to stay with room to visit in the Hattiesburg area, this is it! Great for getting ready for a family event or wedding! Maybe even hosting some family reunion for an afternoon.

The homeowner worked hard to remedy the issues we had due to weather. Everything was fixed and communicated. We were close to family and enjoyed our stay.

Memorial Day at the Barndonium

Cute barn conversion with plenty of space. However, there are no restaurants close by, so the kitchen needs to have more utensils/etc. with which to cook and dine.

Thank you for your feed back. I hadn't had anyone say anything about the need for more cookware since there is a full pot set and utensils but some may have "walked off" as they tend to do when many people stay. I will definitely check it out. There is a restaurant at the subdivision entrance that is open 24 hour a day and Poplarville isn't too far away if you decide to stay with us again.

Best experience yet at a vacay rental !

Everything was exactly as to be expected and then some ! It's evident that the host takes great pride in their vacation rental investment . Not one issue was had ...only GREAT memories made !

Country setting with creature comforts !

Stayed to visit family in an area that otherwise has no lodging options besides vacay rentals. I can't say enough about the country charm. ..peaceful setting ...and breath taking lake view ....But also about the modern comforts of wifi ...Roku HDTV....endless hot water in the showers ....and a kitchen a chef would admire ! They have thought of literally EVERYTHING ! !

Was notified that we were being upgraded to the hosts lake house. It was a larger place right on the lake but it was very worn and somewhat dirty. No key was given - door was left unlocked for our arrival. We only planned a quick night's rest on way to cruise so that was ok. Communication with host was quite slow as well. The barndominium was nearby and looked to be in much better shape than the lake house.
