This is a really cute. clean and comfortable room within walking distance of good restaurants. The Cafe Trio was great. To access this room required some steep narrow stairs, so if you have a lot of luggage, prepare to make a couple trips. We entered around the side of the building and came in the back door.It was just fine for our needs and especially close to hospitals and university.

This studio apartment was perfect for my spouse and I. It is setup well to meet all your needs and is decorated very nicely. The kitchen has the basics so we were able to cook a few meals in. The whole place was comfortable. The building in general is a bit worn but that does not extend to the apartment, which is fresh, clean and modern. The stairs down to the apartment are steep, but we are used to that so no big deal. Parking was no problem. We loved being so conveniently located between downtown and the UofU. I definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect for our needs. The place was clean and very well set up. Easy in and out of the apartment . It was a cute, relaxing environment. We heard very little outside or inside noise. The bed was perfect, I slept better there than I do at home. I suffer from a wide range of allergies and I didn't experience any problems. We were extremely pleased.
