Great little basement apartment. About the only complaint was the lack of pots for cooking. They did have a kitchen knife that was actually sharp enough to cut stuff though, which is rare in a VRBO.

Our stay with Ray was a great experience. Clean and organized in a quiet neighborhood within short walking/driving distance of any activity that we chose to do. If we find ourselves back in the area we would love to stay with Ray again!

Nice quiet location near bus stops to Cottonwood Canyons., groceries and restaurants. Disappointed with the lack of storage for our things. We had to live out of our suitcases off of the floor as there were no dressers or countertops or luggage racks for suitcases. The bed was too soft for us. The pillows also didn't work for us. We ended up checking out early as I really didn't want to spend another night on the bed. One shower valve was hard to turn. We let the host know. The host was responsive and communicative. We were very comfortable sitting on the couch in the living room and the kitchen had all essential items.

Great Location

We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and ski resorts. Ray was very responsive before and during our stay. It wasn't a big deal for us, but note that there is no stove, just microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

Nice basement space

Very spacious basement area and had a nice stay. Only issue was the shower head in the bathroom was a bit low for my partner and myself (5’9 and 6’1 respectively) just to note for taller guests.

Nice place in a great location

It was easy to check in and a nice value for the money. The space was bigger than I expected. I did not see a thermostat to control the temperature, and it was a bit cold the first night. Overall nice place and I'd stay there again. Thank you!

Excellent location for skiing

Rey was really helpful and knowledgeable about the neighborhood. He pointed out some restaurants in the area and got me oriented. When it looked like my son would join me ( he ended up not joining me) Rey was very flexible and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

A Last-minute Good Choice!

Good property in nice neighborhood. Pleasantly appointed basement lodging with comfortable bed. Nice touches insluded two fresh cut roses from the yard in a vase. Owner lives above, and is not intrusive. All questions I had were promptly answered, making my arrival and departure simple.

I trained across the street so I was able to walk there each day. Property was clean and secure and exactly as listing portrayed. Like reviews say shower is small and short for a tall person. Host was excellent.

Perfect!

Ray was very accomidating. Our first night we noticed it was a little cold since it is a basement. We found many warm blankets provided. We reached out to Ray to see if there was a seperate thermostat for downstairs and he informed us that there was not but that he would turn up the heat. Soon the basement was warm and the whole stay was very homey. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. Older basement room. Nice large screen TV, refrigerator and microwave provided. Could use a much better bed. No electrical outlets provided in very small bathroom. Very nice neighborhood. With Google..very easy to find.
