This house was perfect for our group of 10! Spacious. Pool table was a bonus. Great location, easy access to all the things we wanted to do. Walking path right out the back yard. I gave this property 4 stars because of details that were missing: not enough hand towels and face cloths for each person, no tea towels for drying dishes, only 4 forks, the sinks plugs in kitchen did not hold water so it was difficult to wash dishes. The hosts were very responsive to our requests. Our family appreciated being able to stay together in one home! Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
The property was great! The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We spent the evenings sitting on the balcony and enjoying the weather. It was close to great restaurants and grocery stores, as well as major freeways. The hosts were great to work with and we recommend this property for future stays.

The pictures do not reflect the property accurately. When we showed up half an hour early we were told to wait until check-in time. We left and came back three hours later and there was still someone at the house who would not let us in until the owner approved. Once inside, we quickly realized that the state of the property was not great. The pictures showed a great deck with plenty of amenities but none were there. Even the patio furniture was missing cushions and in state of disarray. When I contacted the property manager, I was told that it would cost us close to 100 to use the amenities shown plus over 60 if we wanted to use the fire pit. Needless to say, we passed. The TV and microwave did not work and the carpets were beyond disgusting. Counters had not been wiped properly and the table had crumbs and smears all over. In short, not impressed and would not book again.
Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for everyone. All the little things needed were there. The deck and patio beneath are awesome, great for sunny days. The front door sticks when opening/closing, but an easy fix likely. Proximity to the river was great too, a nice place to walk.
3 families and our children stayed together at this house for a family wedding at a near by golf course. There are 6 bedrooms with queen or double beds. The couches are not pull out beds. The location is great. Just off Stoney Trail and really easy to head out to Banff. Quiet neighborhood.
The location of this property is ideal for getting anywhere you want to go, both in the city and beyond. There is lots of space to spread out and relax. The walking trail is perfect for a short evening walk or a long hike. Our group was comprised of mostly seniors and the only downside to this property is the front steps are uneven and a little hazardous and the uneven tile upstairs and on the inside stairs is not extremely safe for seniors or small children.
The property was very well maintained . The only problem really was the steps leading up to the property. They were difficult I wold go so far as to say dangerous for my seniors group to navigate because the interlocking bricks had sunk away from the wood framework making each stair a hazard. other than this feature, everything was superb
