The yard comes complete with a huge top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grill that swivels! The property boasts a large basement that is heated & cooled and includes a smart TV & game tables such as billiards, foosball, etc.!

Note: the ceiling in the basement that houses game tables such as pool table and foosball is only a little over 6 feet tall, so please watch your head if you're tall! Also, one of the full bathrooms is located in the basement!
