We really enjoyed our stay and the property was just as advertised. Renae was very helpful and the house was very well stocked. We took advantage of the grill for cooking and the board games as well We hope to come back again

Cozy house in a good location

Small but serviceable for a family of five. The location was perfect for getting to different activities! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and the bin full of beach supplies was a helpful touch!

We were very disappointed when we entered this house, which was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was a very unpleasant musty smell as soon as we walked in. There was only a table with four chairs, even though the owner accepts seven guests (where are all seven people supposed to eat? On the floor?). The barbecue was very dirty, the garden was neglected, and it wasn't possible to eat outside either, as there was no suitable equipment. The washing machine didn't work (very inconvenient for a week...) and the dishwasher didn't wash properly; in fact, all the dishes were greasy when we arrived.A real disappointment.

Fantastic!!

Everything was as described and very clean!! We rented this place because of how close it was to my dad. This is a great area of Florida and close to some of the best beaches and food in Florida. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family with teens

Our family of 4 was very pleased with our stay! We spent most days at the beach. Siesta Key was very close, but we enjoyed driving to Longboat Key where the beach was a little less busy. When it came to relaxing in the evening, it was nice our teen boys had their own rooms w/ a TV-Roku to chill. The house provided us all with space of our own. We will definitely come back again.

This place was a great find! Very clean, with a well stocked kitchen, neighborhood was quiet, well kept private backyard. Owner went above and beyond with items for the beach. No need to bring beach chairs, umbrella, mats, beach towels and more. Great place to stay if you don't have the room to bring lots of extras with you, this place has it all! -Roselle

The perfect place

First off, the place was exact to the pics. I always wonder how accurate the pics are and these were spot on. I drove from WI and was a little early, made contact with Renea and she allowed us to unload earlier than 4:00 because the cleaning was done. If I had a question, about as fast as I asked it, Renea responded which I thought was very professional on her part. In the past response times can be a day or better. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful with answering questions and making recommendations. In conclusion, this is a perfect property less then 10 mins. to Siesta Key, basically two roads. Stores and places to eat are very near by. Renea has done a beautiful job on her house and I will plan to use it again.
