3 bedrooms plus sleeper sofa [sleeps 2], 3 bathrooms, very spacious living area with extra dining room, kitchen with brand new appliances and laundry room with brand new appliances as well, anything you need we have ready for you. [ beach chairs, towels, beach towels and etc.

It is always only about location, fantastic neighborhood, our house is cozy and very private, away from island" season" madness but still just 2-10 min away (driving) from the beach access and beautiful one and only SIESTA BEACH...
our house is very spacious (3+3) with private pool ( our pool is not heated) , perfect fit for your family vacation
very safe spot, so you can really enjoy any outdoor activities [for example morning walking or jogging], walking distance to awesome Phillippi Creek harbor , where you can take your boat, jet ski or paddle board and relax by the water side
