This is a spacious 2BR/2 full BA with over 1,000 sq ft under central A/C located exactly 1 block from Fort Lauderdale beach. Recently underwent a complete modernized renovation with new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, lighting, HVAC and much more! Take a dip in our pool while grilling by the poolside. Oceanfront restaurants and bars, country club golf courses & local fishing piers are all just minutes away! Can comfortably host 4 adults and 4 children/teenagers. Must be 25+ years old to RSVP
Extremely spacious condo, especially considering its close proximity to the beach. Open-concept modern condo with a generously sized living room and spacious bedrooms. Can comfortably accommodate 8 guests without any issues.
Guests have full access to the amenities of the property which includes publicly-shared washer/dryer facilities, heated pool and hot tub, BBQ grills and more!
Our condo is located in a fantastic location, just 1 block away from the beach! Our backyard is the intercoastal and we're located on the barrier island. In a 2 minute walk, you could spend your days soaking up the sun on the powdery sand of Fort Lauderdale Beach & Las Olas Beach. Enjoy a meal with an ocean view at some of the finest restaurants in Ft Lauderdale as they are only a short walk away. You can tee off on the green at the Coral Ridge Country Club, or grab your fishing poles and reel in the catch of the day from the local pier, all just minutes away!
Download the 'Ride Circuit' app - a 100% electric local, on-demand ride hailing shuttle service. It's like Uber, but cheaper, greener and strictly local to the Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Beach area.
All TVs in the unit are smart TVs. Streaming subscriptions are not included, however the guests can log into their own personal streaming accounts to view streaming programs.
Rules per the Homeowners Association (HOA) of the building:
- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am
More details regarding "Quiet Hours": Any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. Please note there is a noise detection device to enforce quiet hours.
Should law enforcement get dispatched to the unit due to excessive noise complaints, this will result in a $1,000 fine.
- No outside guests may use the common areas (e.g. the pool area). In other words, only the guests listed within the Airbnb reservation may use the common facilities.
- No parties or large events
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on site, including outdoor common areas.
- No pets please
- Primary renter must be 25+ to RSVP. Primary renter must be present during entire duration of stay.
- Please report any damages to host immediately on first day of check in. If damages are determined to be caused by guest misuse, additional charges may be assessed for repairs/replacement.
- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat, clean and tidy as Guest found the premises to be upon check-in. Normal wear and usage is expected, however, excessive dirt on floors, rugs, furniture and trash lying around may require additional cleaning and extra charges may apply
- No glassware or glass containers/bottles in the common areas (e.g. pool
and bbq area)
- Must clean up after oneself in the building common areas (e.g. please do not leave trash lying around the pool and bbq area)
- Must clean the outdoor bbq/gas grill after using it
- Violation of any of the above house rules may result in a $500 fine
- Violation of any house rules may result in an eviction with NO refunds.
- Missing towels will incur a fee of $20 per towel
- Please do not place any hot pans, pots or baking sheets directly on top of the quartz counter top without a trivet to prevent permanent heat damage. Damage to the countertop will result in a $5,000 fine to replace it as the countertop is custom made.
- Please do not place any personal items outside of the unit. Do not hang personal belongings on the rail outside the unit.
- Total Max weight on bunk beds is 300 pounds. Weight distribution is unknown.
- Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Should an incident arise where a professional is needed to address a toilet issue and the professional finds an item that is not toilet paper as the source of the toilet issue, a $500+ fine will be assessed to remediate the problem.
- Party of 6+ are subject to deposit fees.
