We only accept booking for the months of January and February if booked together. No less than 2 months booking for those two months.

Only 3 minutes walk to the beach, cross A-1 Hwy. This two bedroom is located in a beautiful Spanish style villa and nestled in a lush tropical setting. The wood fencing offers privacy to the front courtyard. The heated in ground pool surrounded by pavers, is perfect for sunbathing, dining and relaxation . This gorgeous property has a guest house feel and is steps to Fort Lauderdale Beaches. It is beautifully decorated and has a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Tile flooring throughout and wide-open living, dining and kitchen areas maximize light and views through the large windows overlooking the courtyard and the pool. The master bedroom has a King bed and TV and the second bedroom has a queen size bed.

Fort Lauderdale is a city on Florida's southeastern coast, known for its beaches and boating canals. The Strip is a promenade running along oceanside highway A1A. It's lined with upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, boutiques and luxury hotels. Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing in Fort Lauderdale for over 15 years while our children were still young. Since then we have returned again and again first as a family and recently just the two of us. We have decided to retire here because of all the wonderful family memories we have in Fort Lauderdale and the beautiful beaches and sunny skies. We fell in love with Palm Shadows at first sight over 5 years ago and were finally able to acquire it

What makes this property unique

The Spanish style L shape architecture with the court yard and the pool situated in the front of the property as well as the tropical lush setting make you feel in a paradise and in constant holidays. Before retiring into Fort Lauderdale we used to stay at Palm Shadows when we came down. It is the ultimate vacation home that one could dream off.
