This exclusive community boost beautiful serene views of the water and sun. This is a quiet and peaceful area at the end of a culdesac. Grab the bikes and beach toys and head to the ocean. The new Publix is a half away mile away. This home was completely remodeled and looks brand new. A new dock was also added.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All beds used must be stripped and linens put inthe laundry room. All towels must be laundered except the ones used the day of checkout. Beach towels must be laundered.
You may leave condiments and any unopened foods. Please dispose of used foods.
If you have extra drinks you may leave them. If you arrive and there are extra drinks you may use them. There are spices in the cabinet to the right of the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
