This spacious 4 bedroom home is the perfect vacation retreat for families or groups. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is just a short walk to Marco Island’s beautiful white sandy beach.

This home features a private heated pool, 4 comfortable bedrooms that sleep up to 8 guests, and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space—ideal for entertaining. The kitchen has granite countertops all appliances you would need and is well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Step outside and enjoy the large lanai, perfect for lounging, grilling on the gas BBQ, or enjoying tropical cocktails at the poolside bar. It is the ultimate spot to relax and make unforgettable family memories.

We also provide a beach wagon, 8 reclining beach chairs, and a selection of pool and beach toys for both kids and adults.

Family vacatiom

We had such a great time! There were so many things to make our beach/ pool vacation easy- plenty of chairs, beach towels, umbrella, toys, you name it. Location was perfect, and we truly loved eating out on the deck. (We also lucked out with perfect weather most of the week.). Great house!

Perfect Location

This house is perfect location to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The layout of the house worked well as we stayed with another family. We had enough space to hang out inside and out! The pool and outside seating was also great for the kids to play and adults to lounge! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Great place for beach lovers and pool lovers! Walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf! Full of amenities needed for the beach! Lots and lots of bath towels - thank you! **this place had a For Sale sign so I’m not sure how much longer it will be available. Book this while you can!

Wonderful house

This is the second time we stayed in this lovely home. It is perfect for a medium to large family with plenty of open communal living and eating space, good sleeping configurations, and a very nice pool area. The host is nice, prompt, responsive, and very easy to work with.I strongly recommend the property and look forward to likely staying there again in the future.

Lovely Vaca home

We enjoyed our stay at the Atwood home. The home was perfect for 7 adults ( spacious, laid out well ...) The kitchen had all you needed for cooking. I appreciated that they left stuff in pantry from prior guests ( paper plates, napkins....) I always leave my extras & always hope it gets left for the next guests. Loved the beach chairs / wagon / cooler. It made going to the beach so much easier. We rented bikes for the week & had a ball biking everyday. The pool was warm & inviting. Great stay.

This is a nice location, close to the beach and shops. The layout is great for spending time with family, and our kids enjoyed the heated pool. We would like to rent this home in the future!

Amazing location

Great Location on South Marco Island

This is a great vacation house with 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8 comfortably. It is a short walk to the beach and has a very nice pool with plenty of space for lounging in the sun. It is also very near a shopping plaza that has several restaurants (American, Seafood, Italian, Steak House) with ample outdoor seating. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The property is amazing! I only petty complaint I have is the TVs weren’t smart TVs.

4 adults and 3 children and we were comfortable and had our privacy as adults. It was perfect!
