Very Convenient getting to the stadium and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family if 4. Really liked the easy check in and check out. Townhouse is very nicely redone and is good as thr pictures make it look.

Perfect for a Quick stay in College Station

My wife and I were in town for the George Strait concert and didn’t want to pay the over the top prices the hotels were charging so we stumbled across this gem! The cleanest VRBO we’ve been in yet. Owner was very responsive to every question. It’s perfect for a quick weekend stay. My son will be attending A&M next year so we’ll definitely be staying at this location again!

Family in town

We really enjoyed our time staying at this rental. A welcoming light came on when we walked up to the door. The lock pad was so simple an convenient. The rental was elegant and inviting. The space and layout were spot on. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. We enjoyed using the back yard to hang out and grill. The beds were very comfortable and dressed with quality bedding. We will definitely be staying again.

Was surprised that it was not in the best or safest looking neighborhood. There was a pungent smell when we walked in and the worst was the electric fly zapper on top of the refrigerator. When I emailed the host that we would not be staying I wasn’t even offered a refund or at the very least offer to return the cleaning fee as the house was not stayed in and the beds were not used.

I am sorry to hear that you did not like the look of our neighborhood. According to Neighborhood Scout our neighborhood has an above average rating for safety based on crime statistics. We did verify that there was no smell otherwise the other guest would have problems as well and please understand we can not offer refunds if you cancel the night of your stay. We also still have to pay our cleaner their rate to prepare the listing for the next guest regardless of how much you used the listing.
