Town home Sleeps 8 comfortably and 1 on a twin roll away bed. Come and stay for those Texas A&M football weekends, Parent's weekend, graduation or just a visit to College Station. Fully furnished kitchen with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a DVD, play some cards, read a book or work on a puzzle.

Great place, we all agreed we would come again. And so close to HEB and restaurants.Close to A&M. Beds were comfy. Although we didnt cook,kitchen had everything you need. Keurig was appreciated! Safe place. No complaints, thank you!

Family visit to Aggieland

Several family members came down to see our Aggie perform in Songfest. This property was a great way for 7 of us to stay together and not have to find hotels, etc. Comfy, Cozy little townhome that had plenty of room for all of us.

Perfect Home Away from Home

The townhouse is centrally located so has easy access to everything. Everything you can think of has been supplied by the homeowner. We truly enjoyed the Barbecue Grill!!! The layout of townhome is perfect. Jack and Jill bathroom between the 2 bedrooms and then the Master has its own bathroom with access from the hall as well. Really great for multiple families!!! Definitely recommend for anyone going to College Station!

Amazing, well decorated, comfortable, homey, friendly, everything you need and more.

What an awesome place to stay! We were comfortable from the moment we came through the door. We enjoyed every minute we were in Texas. And, having somewhere to stay as nice as the Duck Pond is a big reason why. It was reasonably priced and well apportioned for all of our needs. We hated leaving such a restful and friendly place. We WILL be coming here to stay again, for certain. Thanks, hardly seems adequate for what a great vacation it was for everyone. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone! Counting all the ducks was so fun!!

Good football weekend

This was the second time we have stayed at this location. It’s very close to HEB and just a short drive to Kyle Field. It was exactly as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well stocked. There are lots of dishes, cookware, utensils and dish cloths. The beds were super comfortable and there are plenty of pillows, sheets, covers, and bath towels. The house was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The Wi Fi was good, and the instructions are easy to follow. We loved the noon checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up!!

Home away from Home

I wanted to thank Pam and her family for allowing us to stay . The house was a perfect home for is while we were waiting to settle on our new house in College Station. Our closing was pushed back twice , but because of Pam we had a safe place to stay while my daughter started school and my husband and to start work. I was able to cook dinner and pack lunches in the fully appointed kitchen. And there was more than enough space for us all to get ready in the mornings at the same time! I can't even begin to thank Pam for all she has done to make our start in college station a pleasant one. All the comforts of home! Thank you The Sadowski Family

Graduation Weekend

This property location is excellent for families that are attending TAMU events. This is our second stay (1st for Ring Dunk) now for TAMU graduation. The location is conveniently located near key campus venues of TAMU (Kyle Field, Reed Arena, Alumni Center, etc.) [3 to 5 miles/ travel time is dependent on traffic but usually 5-15 mins]. Six to seven adults can comfortably stay with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathroom space. The living space is open and allows for family gatherings and visiting. The kitchen is fully functional. Any meal can be prepared in the kitchen. The outside patio space is rather small but does allow two or three people to comfortably sit outside for morning coffee and a visit. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication with the property manager is excellent. [prompt responses to my questions]. Should another event/celebration bring us back to Aggieland, we would definitely stay here.

Graduation Weekend Getaway

The property was great for my family and in-laws who travelled to college station for my sister-in-law's graduation at Texas A&M. The proximity to the universities venues, HEB and shopping centers in the area is what makes this place a great option for anyone.

Great place for a weekend in Aggieland

David and Pam bought this townhome for their oldest son in 2001 when he was a sophmore at Texas A&M. Their second son also lived here while going to Texas A&M. They have a daughter who is also attending Texas A&M and she lives in another of the townhomes that they own in the same complex. They bought a third townhome March 2016 next door to this one and have it listed on verb also. They have decided to share this townhome with out of town visitors to Texas A&M for home football games, graduation, Parent's weekend or college visits. We allow pets since we don't travel without our little 'Angel' our Yorkie and know how hard it is to find a place that allows special family members.
