Minor issues, but overall good!

Overall, this house worked well for me and my family. The open layout was good with kids and they especially enjoyed the arcade games. The property manager was very responsive which was good. But there were a bunch of minor things that detracted from our stay - the cleaning person finished late affecting our arrival, the bath tub faucet was broken and I couldn’t adjust the temperature, the keurig was finicky, there were a bunch of floor boards popping up, no lights by the table outside and no hand soap to be found in the house. Though, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet!

Good stay with minor issues

I can agree with the previous reviews and comments. Basically a nice house, but there were the shortcomings already mentioned. Especially the outdoor area needs more care (grass and bushes dried up, no light by the seating area, pool was green on the fourth day and after pool maintenance the bottom remained dirty).

Family Holiday Vacation

Very close drive to downtown Dunedin, which we loved. The house was very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. The master bathroom very with lots of room. The room room with the bunk beds is very warm and top bunk is not for smaller children and should more comfortable for just 1 person. The pull out couch in the game room is nice but no privacy. There were no curtain in the main living room with the large window and we did wish for more privacy that way. Lots of seating at the table and kitchen bar which was nice. Washer and dryer were nice to have as well. The listing stated a 1/2 bath with a toilet but was a shower and with a family of 9, that was a little disappointing. Coffee and tea provided which was a great extra touch but also a few missing items like a can opener that would have been helpful. It was chilly the first couple days of our trip and we did enjoy the area, close to a mall and movie theater.
