River Rock Cabins offers you the old western town feel with gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy, steps away from the Frio River (Mager's crossing. All rentals have Wifi, DirecTv, fully stocked kitchens, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ pit.

Off-peak (Labor Day to Memorial Day) $130/night.
Spring Break $145/night
Peak (Memorial Day to Labor Day) $180/night.
There is a Resort Fee charge per stay, this includes your linen and cleaning fee and will be added to your total reservation cost when reserving through AirBnB.

River Rock Cabin #4 is a tiny home / cabin is settled in the perfect spot with views of Mt. Baldy and a minute walk to the Frio River. Enjoy your mornings on the patio with your coffee or your evenings grilling out. Front porch offers great views of Mt. Baldy at Garner State Park and private back porch offers privacy.
* Loft area = queen mattress. You must be able to climb a ladder to access the loft.
* You can sleep 4 but we recommend 2 adults and 2 children MAX to be more comfortable. Please note that this cabin is essentially a tiny home and there isn't much room for storage and does not offer a closet.
* This home does not have a separate bedroom.
* One bathroom with a stand up shower.
* Kitchen stocked with all items needed to cook a meal (no food or spices).
* Dining/living area combined and a dining bar to sit 4.
* There is a 55″ TV connected to DirectTV.
* Fiber Optic WiFi available.
* Outside you have your own private BBQ pit, firepit and picnic table.

* We have provided a starter pack of supplies for your stay that include 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. All beds have comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. Due to time constraints and without changing our check in and check out times, all linens (sheets / towels) will be placed on appropriate beds.
* Cell service is not great; AT&T & T-Mobile seem to be some of the only phone carriers that have service.

* Check-in is at 3:00 pm. The cabin has a keyless entry system to make it easy for your arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. You do not need to check in or out at an office. You will receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in.
* River access – You can access the river at Magers Crossing, just a short 1–2 minute walk away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Lock the doors

Remove all food from refrigerators. Wash all dishes and put them away.

Place all towels by the front door. (bed stripping not required).

Empty all trash and place it in the trash bin at the front entrance of the property. Sweep floors. 

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Final payments are required thirty (30) days before check-in.

All cabins have a maximum number of occupants.

River Rock Cabins will place a hold on your cc 2 days before check-in for a security deposit.("up to" $400).This is released 3-5 days after departure

Spent our 1st anniversary at River Rock and had an incredible time. We were the only ones there so it was quiet which we enjoyed. Loved that could walk to the River with our tubes and chill. Cabin was so cute and had everything we needed.

Overall this place gets the job done.It has a fully furnished kitchen.The only thing we had a problem with was the frying pans.Both were bad and it was really hard to cook with them.Everything else was fine.Now the beds were upstairs.Which was kind of a beat down.Especially for us older folks.But there are to bunk beds.Me and my wife both took the bottom bunks.Which I was expecting too much from the mattress but it actually wasn’t that bad.The only problem I had was getting out of the bed because it was so low to the ground and I’m a pretty good size guy.But I managed.They also have a deck on top which we really didn’t use.A couple other things they have outside your cabin is a fire pit and a grill which we took advantage of.They also have a pool.Its kind of small but it works.I just had to clean it up a bit before we got in.So if you have a family and on a budget this is the place for you.But if you are looking for comfort and a little nicer place you might want to look for something different.I mean it’s not bad but not great.

This place is just what you need. It was amazing and had everything we needed. It was so clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff at this property are all nice and go above and beyond. Only place we will ever go to when we visit Concan!

Amazing getaway!

Close to everything! Beautiful view of Old Baldy in Garner State Park! Although we didn’t get to float (drought) we had fun playing in the river/pool. It was all within short walking distance! Very cute little cabin! Staff was very nice and friendly!

Cute Cabin

Adorable cute cabin! The location is great, very short walk to the water. Owners are very welcoming and helpful. They have a cute shop on the resort which makes everything easier. The cleanliness could have been a bit better, few missed items from previous tenant. The shower head needs to be changed, its hurts. The futon is comfy, just needs pillows. I wish the windows opened to let in the nice wind. Overall would go back again, adorable and close to water.
