Hacienda de Mita Unique Condo w/Premier Membership

Welcome to our condominium. We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay. This is our home and we wish you to consider it to be your while you are here in this beautiful and unique hidden paradise of Punta Mita.

Your stay includes Premiere Membership which allows you access to both Jack Nicklaus golf courses (fees apply). By the way, breakfast and lunch at the golf club restaurant is one of the best sports around for great food. This membership also gives you access to 6 beach clubs: Kupuri, Porta fortuna, Hacienda de Mita, Pacifico and St. Regis (where there is a fee that is credited to your food and drink tab). We encourage you to experience all of these places since each one has its own personality and special features. You also have access to the tennis and workout facilities for a nominal fee. Please ask the schedule for renters.

We also encourage you to explore "outside the gates ". The village of Punta Mita has specialty stores and excellent restaurants. there is a local grocery store, art galleries, clothing boutiques etc. Our local business survives on visitors. The locals are the kindest folks and will welcome you warmly. Do not go home without experiencing our special village. Your golf cart will take you to town or you can walk, the closest access is via Hacienda de Mita Beach club which has a private walking access gate. Always ask for directions if you get confused.
Restaurant reservations, fishing, snorkeling and tours arrangements can be made through your concierge Greg. Holiday time is busy and activities and restaurants fill up quickly ahead of time. This is still a small resort with limited facilities so be patient during busy holiday times and remember you are here to relax, breathe and enjoy the local environment.

Bedroom Configuration

Master 1: One King bed, ensuite bathroom with inside shower and jacuzzi. TV
Junior Master 2: One King size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. TV
Bedroom 3: Two Queen Size beds, ensuite bathroom with indoor shower + bathtub. TV
Bedroom 4: Laundry room, 1 single bed, Half bathroom.

INCLUDED SERVICES AND AMENITIES:
-Cleaning service 3 times a week. Please ask if you need more than that.
-Full concierge services pre-arrival and during your stay
-6 seater golf cart
-Premiere Membership: Access to the Beach Clubs, Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Courses, Tennis (fees applies), Gym (Please note that the gym's availability is based on specific hours and is subject to an additional fee.)

The condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people - including kids, 6 adults and 2 kids. (More than 8 is not allowed.) Kindly include the total number of guests for your stay, including children and babies, as the rental cost may vary based on occupancy.
